Total Environment Debuts Nature-Led Luxury Homes in Pune

Total Environment has started the final phase of its premium residential project, Songs from the Wood, in Pune. The launch supports the company’s positioning as a design-led real estate brand with a focus on homes that integrate with the natural surroundings.

Distributed across nine entries set on 6 acres in Uday Baug, the project offers quick access to the city while keeping a quiet, green setting. It is close to MG Road, Koregaon Park, Camp, Magarpatta, Empress Garden, and the Pune Race Course.

The homes are built for long-term durability and day-to-day comfort. The development includes a 20,000 sq ft clubhouse, landscaped green roofs, and shared areas designed to support wellness, encourage community interaction, and provide leisure space within a natural setting.

To mark the launch, Total Environment held Think Design 2026, a two-day experiential showcase that presented the brand’s focus on craftsmanship-led, sustainable design.

The event included staged living spaces, food and beverage offerings, and live performances. It also offered limited-time launch benefits, with upgrades valued at up to Rs 60 lakh.
