Tata Housing Varnam Phase I, part of the over 135-acre integrated township Carnatica in North Bengaluru, has has surpassed Rs. 1,000 crores in sales since it was made available to the market on August 15, 2025.

The enthusiastic purchaser response and sales reflect the ongoing trust of home buyers in Bengaluru's premium housing segment, and in the Tata Housing brand.  Since the launch of Varnam Phase I there have have been 1,090 walk-ins, and 377 sold units, all of which demonstrate continued confidence in premium housing in Bengaluru.

Tata Housing Varnam Phase I is located 6.8 kilometers from Kempegowda International Airport, and benefits from the forthcoming metro and suburban railway corridors. Devanahalli, which is in North Bengaluru, is quickly emerging as a growth corridor.
