Suraksha Group, which took control of Jaypee Infratech Limited (JIL) in 2024, announced the completion of construction of 5,989 residential units across multiple projects in JIL Wish Town, marking a major milestone in the revival of the stalled real estate development.
The company confirmed that it has already secured Occupancy Certificates (OCs) for 31 residential towers, covering a total of 3,135 housing units.
These approvals pave the way for home possession and reinforce Suraksha Group’s execution progress at Jaypee Wish Town, one of the largest residential townships in the region.

In addition, Suraksha Group has applied for Occupancy Certificates for another 32 towers, which together comprise 2,854 residential units. These towers are part of several prominent projects, including Kosmos, Klassic, Kensington Boulevard Apartments, Kensington Park Apartments, Kensington Park Heights, and Pebble Court.
The company expects to receive OCs for the remaining 32 towers over the next couple of months, which would complete regulatory approvals for all 5,989 completed units. The development highlights Suraksha Group’s focus on timely project delivery, regulatory compliance, and homebuyer confidence restoration following its takeover of Jaypee Infratech.
The progress at Jaypee Wish Town is seen as a key step in addressing long-pending housing commitments and strengthening trust in the Noida real estate market.
