Suba Hotels Limited has made public its financial position for the first six months of the year ended. It has conveyed the ongoing recovery of its business.
As compared to the preceding year, the revenue from operations has increased dramatically by 52% to Rs 43.79 crore, the same is attributable to the strong demand, high occupancy levels and good performances of the flagship properties.
It was likewise quite a significant change in the EBITDA of the company, which rose 45% year-on-year to Rs 8.65 crore, reflecting the company's cost control and operational efficiency initiatives. Net profit grew 58% year on year to Rs 5.24 crore, and the net profit margin widened to 11.97%, thus showing that the company has been able to leverage its operations to a greater extent.

In South India, Suba Hotels Limited is going to lease a 132-room hotel in Madhapur, Hyderabad. The company is already operating three hotels in the city. "Click Hotels by Suba" is the new hotel brand that the company will use in its fourth city property.
Mansur Mehta, Managing Director, in his address to the company shareholders, said:
"In the first half of the financial year 2026, we had one of our strongest performances, showing substantial growth in revenue, EBITDA and profitability. Our asset-light, capital-efficient expansion strategy is still the main driver of both our margins and scalability. New properties in Hyderabad and Ayodhya are enabling us to strengthen our presence in the domestic travel industry, both in corporate and religious tourism."
