Sobha, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has announced plans to launch residential and commercial projects worth Rs. 22,000 crore over the next 18 months, expanding across major Indian cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Pune, Chennai, Calicut, Thrissur, and Trivandrum.
According to its investor presentation, 13 residential projects covering 16 million sq ft and 2 commercial projects of 0.74 million sq ft will be launched, totaling 16.7 million sq ft of new development. The company continues its strong performance with a 61 percent YoY increase in Q2 FY26 sales bookings, reaching Rs. 1,902.6 crore.
Key Highlights
For H1 FY26, Sobha achieved its highest-ever sales bookings of Rs. 3,981.4 crore, a 30% increase YoY. Additionally, consolidated net profit nearly tripled to Rs. 72.52 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs. 26.08 crore a year earlier. Total income also surged to Rs. 1,469.3 crore, compared to Rs. 965.29 crore YoY.
Managing Director Jagadish Nangineni highlighted strong demand for luxury residential real estate, supported by favorable macroeconomic conditions and government policies. Sobha completed 2.25 million sq ft (1,185 homes) in H1 FY26.
