Sobha Realty will deliver a record 6,819 residential units worth AED 21.6 billion across Dubai in 2026, marking its largest annual handover and reinforcing its position in the UAE’s luxury real estate market.
The upcoming 2026 will mark the year when Sobha Realty will be able to complete its biggest yearly project transfer, with an intention to offer 6,819 units of housing in Dubai. The total value of these houses is estimated at around AED 21.6 billion and thus becomes the largest delivery program that the company has ever completed.
These units are set to be delivered in five of the top property developments by Sobha Realty that include Sobha Hartland, Sobha Hartland II, Sobha Reserve, Sobha One, and Verde by Sobha. These projects are strategically designed to provide luxurious residential experience along with the vision of the company for construction quality and architectural precision.

Francis Alfred, the Managing Director of Sobha Realty, claims that being able to deliver over 6,000 houses in just one year proves the precision, skill, and satisfaction of the clients. The credit for the accomplishment goes to Sobha Realty’s Backward Integration process that enables the developer to control almost all the phases of the lifecycle of the development process from design to engineering, from construction to interiors and facades works, glazing, joinery, furniture manufacturing, and even quality control.
Handing over the Records is based on the company’s impressive financial performance in 2025 where Sobha Realty achieved a total of AED 30 billion from property sales, which marked a growth of 30 percent compared to the previous year. This success can be attributed to the high demand for luxury properties and investor confidence in the real estate sector of Dubai.
The growth plans for Sobha Realty go beyond the current pipeline. Sobha Realty has plans for 16 master planned communities in the UAE, including the luxury project of AED 50 billion, Sobha Sanctuary in Dubai, and Sobha City, which is the AED 40 billion project inspired by nature and which signifies the entry of the developer into the Abu Dhabi market.
Development model adopted by the company which is vertically integrated has become one of the main features which distinguish Sobha Realty among competitors in the property market of Dubai. Contrary to traditional developers who outsource many construction operations to external firms, Sobha Realty performs important construction works in-house which ensures the consistency of works and high quality of the projects.

This announcement is made amidst Sobha Group’s golden jubilee celebrations, which commemorate 50 years of their business in real estate, construction, and designing. Having started in 1976, the group has earned an international reputation for high-quality development and impeccable workmanship, which are the core principles on which Sobha Realty bases its residential projects in the UAE.
According to experts in the industry, delivery capability has become an increasingly vital performance measurement for the Dubai property market, since off-plan sales keep raising. Companies that have demonstrated their ability to deliver their projects as promised will be in a better position to convince local and international buyers looking for reliable products of high quality and lasting value. Delivery of almost 7,000 units by Sobha Realty in 2026 is testimony of the company’s status as one of the country’s leading luxury developers.
