CCI Projects has unveiled Skyleap, a 53-storey premium residential tower inside its 6-acre flagship gated community, Rivali Park 2, located along the Western Express Highway in Borivali, Mumbai.

The high-rise development offers a curated mix of 2, 3, and 4-bed premium residences, ranging from 810 sq. ft. to 2,350 sq. ft., targeting the city’s growing demand for luxury, spacious, and well-connected living.
