Real estate developer Signature Global awards construction contracts worth ₹920 crore to KEC International and NCC Ltd for its luxury residential project, Sarvam at DXP Estate, in Gurugram. The development marks another major addition to the company’s residential portfolio and strengthens its presence along the strategically important Dwarka Expressway corridor.

The project is being developed across 13.55 acres in Sector 37D, Gurugram, and is planned to comprise 1,798 residential units. Signature Global awards contracts of ₹460 crore each to KEC International and NCC for construction activities. The appointments represent a significant step towards advancing execution of the large-scale housing development.

The Sarvam at DXP Estate project is positioned within one of Gurugram’s rapidly developing residential corridors.
