The Agreement for Sale was executed between Embellish Houses Private Limited, Akshay Sthapatya Private Limited, and the Ghoshal family members. The purchase further reinforces Worli’s reputation as a preferred destination for high-net-worth individuals seeking premium real estate in Mumbai.
Over the years, Worli has emerged as a luxury real estate hotspot, alongside areas such as Lower Parel, Prabhadevi, and Bandra. According to Anarock, property prices in Worli range between ₹65,000 and ₹1,00,000+ per sq ft, positioning it as India’s equivalent of Lower Manhattan in terms of premium valuation.
The locality’s pricing structure varies by size, with ultra-premium homes exceeding ₹32 crore offering over 4,000 sq ft of space. Over the past two decades, Worli has transformed from an industrial zone into a high-end residential and commercial hub, with 4–5 million sq ft of premium developments currently underway.
