Puravankara Subsidiary Secures Rs. 311 Cr Contract for Sattva AANGANE

Puravankara’s construction arm has secured a major contract for one of Bengaluru’s key residential projects, reinforcing its position in India’s real estate and residential construction market. Starworth Infrastructure & Construction (SICL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Puravankara Group, has received a letter of intent (LoI) for the construction of the Sattva AANGANE residential project in East Taluk, Bengaluru, with an approximate contract value of Rs. 311.18 crore and a built-up area of 30,36,458 sq. ft.

The contract was awarded by Sattva Resi, the developer behind the Sattva AANGANE development, and stipulates that Starworth Infrastructure will undertake the construction and delivery of the residential complex within a 37-month execution timeline.
