
Prestige Estates Projects has launched Evergreen at Prestige Raintree Park, a new premium residential phase in Whitefield, Bengaluru, reinforcing the developer’s focus on large-format, master-planned communities in high-demand IT corridors.
Spread across 24 acres, Evergreen will comprise around 2,000 apartments with a total saleable area of 3.2 million sq. ft. The project offers a mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes, with prices starting from Rs. 92 lakh.
The estimated gross development value (GDV) of the development stands at approximately Rs. 5,000 crore.

Evergreen builds on the momentum of Prestige Raintree Park, which was launched in September 2024 and received strong market interest. Unlike the earlier phase, Evergreen introduces smaller-format apartments, allowing Prestige to widen its buyer base while retaining the premium positioning, amenities, and scale associated with the Raintree Park brand.
This strategy aligns with rising demand from younger professionals and first-time premium buyers seeking access to high-quality developments at relatively lower ticket sizes.
Whitefield continues to rank among Bengaluru’s most sought-after residential locations, driven by its proximity to major IT and technology hubs, mature social infrastructure, and steadily improving connectivity through arterial roads and upcoming transit upgrades. These factors make the micro-market attractive not only for end-users but also for long-term investors focused on rental demand and capital appreciation.
