NVT Quality Lifestyle has entered the sky villa and integrated township segments, expanding beyond standalone luxury villas as it grows its operations across Bengaluru’s high-growth corridors.
The company plans to develop nearly 5 million per sq.ft. The development will include luxury residential space by 2028, centered on a multi-phase, 100-acre integrated township located next to a 300-acre lake.

The development will combine villas and sky villas within a master-planned ecosystem, reflecting a shift toward large-format, destination-led communities that cater to evolving buyer expectations.
NVT expects annual sales of Rs 1,200–1,500 crore during the same period, driven by increasing demand from senior professionals, entrepreneurs and NRIs looking for integrated, infrastructure-backed living environments.
The township, located along the Sarjapur-Attibele Road in Bengaluru’s eastern corridor, benefits from connectivity upgrades such as the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR), metro expansion, and regional aviation links.

Commenting on the move, Founder-Director Vivek Garg stated that luxury housing is now more about intelligent design, flexibility, and long-term asset value than just size.
He further added that the expansion into sky villas and master-planned communities represents a future-focused strategy aimed at creating holistic, landscape-driven living ecosystems aligned with India’s premium housing growth trajectory.
