Ashishkumar Manilal Chauhan, the Managing Director and CEO of the National Stock Exchange, has acquired a 1,900 sq ft apartment for almost Rs. 10 crore in Lodha World Towers, a location in Mumbai's Worli real estate, as stated in documents reviewed by Liases Foras Real Estate Research & Rating Pvt Ltd.
Chauhan bought the apartment on the 11th floor of The World Towers complex situated on Senapati Bapat Marg, Upper Worli. The unit has three car parking spaces and shows a registered value of Rs. 9.93 crore, according to the documents.

According to the agreement to sell, the overall size of the apartment is 1,989.31 sq. ft. The property was bought from Lodha Developers Limited (previously known as Macrotech Developers Limited) and registered on October 4, 2025, according to the documents.
According to NSE's annual report 2024-2025, Ashishkumar Chauhan's gross annual remuneration is Rs. 12.09 crore and his net income is Rs. 6.78 crore.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) just last month leased a 5 BHK luxury apartment in Mumbai's luxury Prabhadevi for its chairman, Tuhin Kanta Pandey, for a starting monthly rent of Rs. 7 lakh per month.
