
M3M India has partnered with ONE Atmosphere, part of Atmosphere Core, to launch ‘ONE Atmosphere Suites – Corner Walk’ in Gurugram, marking the brand’s debut in the Indian market.
Located in Sector 73/74, the project introduces a premium serviced living concept that blends residential comfort with professionally managed hospitality services. The development will feature 256 fully serviced luxury suites, with operations expected to commence in the winter of 2026.

Designed to cater to business travellers, long-stay guests, and project-based professionals, the offering emphasises flexibility, space, and operational efficiency while maintaining global hospitality standards. The concept draws from Atmosphere Core’s Maldives-origin hospitality philosophy, bringing an experiential and service-driven approach to the Gurugram market.
Speaking on the launch, Salil Panigrahi, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Atmosphere Core, said, “India represents a significant growth market for us, and Gurugram is a strategic starting point. Through this partnership, we aim to bring a differentiated serviced hospitality experience to the market.”

Sandeep Ahuja, Managing Director, ONE Atmosphere and Atmosphere Living, added, “This launch marks the beginning of a larger strategic collaboration between M3M India and Atmosphere Core to develop premium serviced hospitality assets across key locations. The partnership will focus on expanding across Gurugram and Noida in its initial phase, with plans to scale the ONE Atmosphere brand across India and international markets including Cambodia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and United Arab Emirates. The brand aims to sign approximately 7,500 keys globally over the next five years.”
The project will offer a comprehensive range of amenities, including a terrace-level club and pool, specialty dining outlets, co-working spaces, conference facilities, and wellness features such as a gym and spa. Interiors are being designed by Rohit Gulati, with curated artistic elements enhancing the property’s identity.
The partnership also signals a broader expansion plan, with ambitions to scale the ONE Atmosphere brand across key Indian cities and international markets.
