L&S Bistro at InterContinental Marine Drive is celebrating Republic Weekend with a limited-edition menu available only from 24th to 26th January, 2026, inviting guests to savour the long weekend with cocktails and food meant to be shared and relished.

An all-day bistro known for its globally inspired plates and thoughtfully crafted drinks, L&S Bistro blends relaxed elegance with contemporary interpretations of familiar flavours.

For the weekend, the kitchen focuses on one of India’s most loved staples, chaat, brought to the table through by their own reinterpretations that celebrate spice and balance.

The Crunchy Chaat pairs crisp spinach fritters with cooling mint yogurt and smoky tomato chutney for a balanced play of textures. The Roasted Fruit Chaat layers oven-roasted apple, pineapple, guava and pear with fragrant Indian spices, while the Tandoori Nachos Chaat delivers a playful twist with charred nachos topped with salsa verde, pico de gallo and soft sour cream.

Complementing the food is a selection of celebratory cocktail pitchers and beers, designed for effortless sharing:

• Tropical Fruit LIIT blends Bacardi White Rum and vodka with passion fruit purée, limoncello, ginger ale, lime and fresh basil - a vibrant, sun-kissed pitcher bursting with citrus and tropical freshness.
