Lodha Developers, one of India’s leading real estate players, has finalized the sale of a 24.34-acre land parcel in Mumbai’s Palava region to STT Global Data Centres (STT GDC) for approximately Rs. 500 crore.
This deal marks a significant step in the development of Lodha’s ambitious 370-acre integrated data centre park, created in collaboration with the Maharashtra government under a formal MoU. The Palava data centre park aims to attract domestic and global technology players with a planned capacity of 2 gigawatts, meeting India’s rising demand for data storage, cloud services, and high-performance computing.

The Rs. 30,000-crore project is expected to generate nearly 6,000 jobs, providing a boost to local employment and supporting the country’s push toward becoming a data infrastructure hub.
