Krisumi Corporation, a joint venture between India’s Krishna Group and Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation, is aiming to generate around ₹4,000 crore in revenue from the upcoming phases of its luxury residential project in Gurugram.
The company plans to introduce its fifth and sixth development phases for “The Forest Reserve” which forms the main part of its larger Krisumi City project that runs parallel to the Dwarka Expressway.
The township which covers 33.5 acres has achieved strong market success because its previous development phases sold about 1,500 apartments whose total value reached nearly ₹4,000 crore.
The project functions as a "mini-Japanese city" because it combines Japanese design elements with Indian urban design.
The company established a partnership with Japanese architectural and design firms to achieve excellence in construction and aesthetic design which would enhance the worldwide appeal of their development project.

The project’s international character and specialized luxury residential market position are shown by the fact that Japanese expatriates make up a significant portion of residents in its earlier phases.
Krisumi expects success because its project location stands near the future Global City development and benefits from Dwarka Expressway traffic improvements.
The property development has experienced major value growth since its initial launch which set prices at about ₹8,500 per square foot and now reaches almost ₹24,000 per square foot.
