IHCL Expands Presence with Nashik's Tree of Life Resort

Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, has announced the signing of a Tree of Life resort in Nashik, Maharashtra, further strengthening its presence in the region.

Suma Venkatesh, Senior Vice President, Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, “Nashik has evolved as a preferred short-haul get-away destination from Mumbai and Pune, with its blend of spirituality, nature and adventure that caters to leisure guests, and the launch of Tree of Life in this well-entrenched destination expands the brand’s footprint in Maharashtra.

Set in Trimbakeshwar, a leading spiritual and cultural destination, Tree of Life Nashik will have 49 rooms in a three-acre setting of quiet natural surroundings.

Milind Pimprikar said, “We are excited to partner with IHCL to launch the Tree of Life experience in Nashik to offer a unique hospitality experience to its visitors.

With this signing, IHCL will have four hotels operating in Nashik, with two more in the pipeline, underscoring the chain’s focus on expanding in leading leisure cities.
