Gaurs Group targets ₹5,500 crore in sales bookings for FY27 and plans three to four residential projects across Noida and the Yamuna Expressway, while expanding its presence in the NCR housing market.
The Gaurs Group is aiming at booking sales worth ₹5,500 crore in the ongoing financial year with a robust project pipeline in the residential segment in some of the prime markets in the National Capital Region. The developer is planning to expand its footprint in Noida, Ghaziabad and Yamuna Expressway as a part of its expansion plan.
The real estate firm intends to undertake three to four housing projects in the regions of Noida and the Yamuna Expressway until March 2027. This move will come at a time when Gaurs Group is looking to expand its interest in the luxury housing sector and capitalize on the demand for branded housing in NCR regions.

The Gaurs Group has achieved sales bookings of approximately ₹5,500 crore in the previous financial year, and the management expects to keep up with the same pace of sales in the FY27. According to Chairman Manoj Gaur, the launches planned for the coming year will help boost the sales further. The company has intensified its efforts on the Yamuna Expressway because there are possibilities to develop land there.
Further, the company has also purchased pieces of land in Noida Sectors 129 and 150, with an extra two projects waiting for their respective approvals. This contributes to the residential portfolio of the firm that it intends to develop in locations with good growth potential.
Besides the geographic expansion, Gaurs Group is looking at increasing efficiency in construction projects and reducing time taken to execute them. Gaurs Group is entering into partnerships with firms that provide bathroom fittings, aluminium shuttering, electrical wiring, and kitchen modules. Overall, this constitutes an economic opportunity worth ₹1,000 crores for Gaurs Group.
The builder is increasingly resorting to dry construction methods using prefabricated materials to move construction activities indoors. This is especially true during the times when construction bans because of pollution levels in Delhi-NCR impact the site. Gaur’s Group believes that this method will help them avoid delays, improve efficiency in executing their work, and even reduce costs.

The company's plan for quality products also involves partnering with Seaform Germany, a European maker of luxury modular kitchens and wardrobes. The partnership worth Rs 150 crores will benefit the company's current and future residential projects, providing more than 10,000 luxury kitchens over a period of five years.
The partnership is consistent with the overall strategy of Gaurs Group to enhance their construction practices and improve the quality of their residential projects. With the launch of fresh projects in Noida and Yamuna Expressway, Gaurs Group aims at maintaining its growth trend and tapping new opportunities in the NCR housing market up to FY27.
