The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of The Fern Residency Navsari, Series by Marriott, adding another premium property to its expanding portfolio in Gujarat.

With this addition, the brand now boasts a combined total of 38 operational and upcoming hotels in the state, reinforcing its leadership and strong regional presence.

Scheduled to open in 2027, the upcoming Navsari property will feature 54 elegantly designed rooms and suites, crafted to offer a refined balance of comfort, style, and functionality.
