Elan Group Awards Rs. 840 Cr Contract to Tata Projects

Elan Group has awarded a Rs. 840 crore construction contract to Tata Projects for Elan The Statement, its recently launched ultra-luxury residential development located in Sector 49, Gurugram.

The project represents a significant milestone in Elan Group’s expansion within the high-end housing segment and reinforces its focus on delivering landmark residential developments in prime urban locations.

With a planned total investment of approximately Rs. 1,600 crore, Elan The Statement is being developed across nearly six acres in one of Gurugram’s well-established and rapidly evolving residential corridors.

The development comprises five elegantly designed residential towers, offering ultra-spacious homes with super areas ranging from approximately 4,285 sq. ft. to 7,270 sq. ft. Each residence is planned with a two-residences-per-core configuration, ensuring enhanced privacy and exclusivity. Homes feature private lift lobbies, refined interior specifications, and layouts designed to deliver a premium living experience for discerning buyers.

Architecturally, the project is designed by Benoy, the globally renowned architectural firm based in London, UK. Elan The Statement stands out for its distinctive metal-and-glass facade, an architectural rarity in the region that gives the development a contemporary and iconic identity.
