DLF Brings Premium Property Show to Patna

DLF, India's largest real estate company, will conduct its prime DLF Property Show in Patna on September 13 and 14, under its strategic initiative to connect with investors and homebuyers in Bihar.

The two-day event will be conducted at Hotel Maurya from 11 am to 7 pm, providing direct access to high-end residential and commercial investment options.

Leading the showcase is One Midtown, Delhi, luxury residential complex with 2 BHK rooms from Rs.4.75 crore and 3 BHK priced up to Rs.7.25 crore. DLF's Shop-Cum-Office (SCO) plots in Gurugram will also be at the exhibition, from 160 square yards with an entry price of Rs.7.5 crore.

“This is a targeted effort to meet discerning buyers and investors in Bihar. We are witnessing increasing interest amongst Patna-based investors for high-quality, long-term real estate assets in first-rung cities." said a DLF spokesperson.

The visitors will be able to meet DLF's sales and advisory teams, view ready-to-move and under-construction properties, and learn about the developer's wider investment opportunity set.

"Our objective is to take the DLF experience to the emerging investment areas such as Bihar directly," the spokesperson said.
