The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will introduce its Premium Housing Scheme 2025 in the end of August, providing about 250 flats and car and scooter garages through e-auction in choice areas like Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagri, Pitampura, Ashok Vihar, Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Rohini, and Shalimar Bagh.
Sanctioned at the DDA meeting presided over by LG VK Saxena on July 11, the scheme comprises 39 high-income group (HIG) flats in Vasant Kunj, Jasola's Pocket 9B, and Dwarka's Sector 19B, 48 middle-income group (MIG) flats in Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagri, Dwarka, and Pitampura, and 22 low-income group (LIG) flats in Rohini. The scheme also provides 16 car garages in Pitampura and 51 scooter garages in Mall Road and Ashok Vihar.

The rates of this property differs by category,HIG flats cost between Rs.1.64 crore and Rs.2.54 crore, MIG flats between Rs.60 lakh and Rs.1.5 crore, and LIG flats between Rs.39 lakh and Rs.54 lakh.

Officials affirmed that on its launch, the Premium Scheme will suspend the current Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025, which provides 7,500 subsidized flats spread over Narela, Loknayakpuram, and Siraspur. Discounts vary from 15 percent for EWS, MIG, and HIG flats to 25 percent for LIG flats in a limited number of places.
The present third scheme comprises 564 LIG flats in Siraspur, 150 LIG and 96 MIG flats in Loknayakpuram, and a major stock in Narela of 694 EWS, 5,384 LIG, 386 MIG, and 226 HIG flats.
DDA intends to offer varied dwelling and parking options in desirable localities through these schemes.
