The real estate market of Hyderabad experienced a monumental event as GHR Infra, Lakshmi Infra, and Urbanblocks Realty came together to purchase Neopolis Plot 15, a 4.03-acre plot located at the northeast corner of the area, for Rs 151.25 crore per acre.
This offer made under Phase 3 of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) auction, represents the second-highest land price in Telangana and is a clear indication that the developers are consolidating their position in one of the most rapidly expanding luxury corridors of the city.

The acquisition is a major move of the developers to their flagship project, The Cascades Neopolis, an ultra-luxury residential project worth Rs 3,169-crore.
The next generation residential project utilizing the area of two adjacent plots of land, Plot 14 and Plot 15, will be the first in the city to have 5 towers each with 63 storeys and a height of 217 metres along with the fusion of contemporary design and the green initiative and the home automation.
