Brigade Group Partners with Primus Senior Living for New Communities

Brigade Group collaborates with Primus Senior Living to launch three senior living communities

Brigade Group has entered into a partnership with Primus Senior Living to launch three senior living communities across Bengaluru and other markets in South India.

The combined gross development value (GDV) of these projects is estimated to be ₹750 crore. Two of the upcoming communities will be part of larger township developments, and the portfolio is expected to include more than 600 units, further expanding Brigade’s senior living platform.

This collaboration builds on Brigade's previous experience with its Parkside at Brigade Orchards, which has been operational since 2017.
