Ashiana Housing, a prominent real estate developer in India, has announced the launch of its premium residential project, Ashiana Amaya, in Jamshedpur.
The project, located in Dobo, spans 3.86 acres with a saleable area of 4.64 lakh sq. ft., and carries a revenue potential of Rs. 350 crore.
The development will offer 230 premium apartments, including 3BHK flats starting at Rs. 1.34 crore and 4BHK units from Rs. 2 crore. Unlike traditional phased launches, the entire project will be introduced in one go, with Expressions of Interest (EOIs) starting mid-November 2025.
Key Highlights
The targeted completion date is December 2029. Key features include two covered parking slots per home and a 21,700 sq. ft. clubhouse. The project will be funded through a mix of self-funding and customer advances.
With over 55 projects delivered across 8 Indian cities, Ashiana Housing currently manages over 19 million sq. ft. of residential communities. Looking ahead, the company plans a Rs. 425 crore investment in FY2025–26 focused on senior living projects, targeting metro markets like Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi-NCR. This investment will cover landowner payouts, construction, and execution costs.
“Ashiana Amaya represents a bold step forward in redefining premium living in Jamshedpur,” Amit Surva Dutta, vice president, Ashiana Housing said. “With its mountain views, expansive layouts, and curated amenities, it combines elegance, exclusivity, and comfort for discerning homebuyers.”
In FY2024–25, the company spent Rs. 213 crore on senior living developments and achieved booking value of Rs. 382 crore, reflecting strong market interest in this growing segment.
