Ashiana Housing Ltd., a publicly traded real estate developer, has revealed the new residential project Ashiana Aaroham, a child-centric community in Sector 80, Gurugram. The project denotes a planned capital expenditure of more than Rs 750 crore.
The project is well connected to Delhi and other major employment hubs across Gurugram with its location close to NH-48, the Dwarka Expressway, Southern Peripheral Road, and the KMP Expressway.

Ashiana Aaroham extends over 10.8 acres and is a low-density community concept with 542 housing units spread over six towers. The project will have luxurious 3BHK to 5BHK homes with duplex formats as well.

The initial phase will include 182 housing units that will cost from Rs 2.99 crore up to Rs 4.19 crore. The company fully owns the land parcel, which has been paid for, so there is no impediment to development.
Ashiana Housing announced that the project comprises health-oriented attributes such as air systems with HEPA filters, a Miyawaki forest, and large block plantations. They are going to be an aid for providing a greener, healthier and child-friendly environment.
One of the significant features of the development is a learning hub measuring 6,022 sq. ft. It is equipped with art and craft studios, music and dance rooms, a library, and multipurpose activity spaces—intended to nurture the holistic development of childhood.
Varun Gupta, Whole-Time Director at Ashiana Housing Ltd., explained that the project was leading to the conception of giving children “a safer and richer childhood” which can be supported by the educational, sporting, and green areas that are thoughtfully planned.
