
ALIVAA Hotels & Resorts has finalised a strategic alliance with FLXHO Cyber One, Gurugram, significantly expanding The Hoften brand’s footprint to five key locations across Gurugram.
This move strengthens ALIVAA’s presence in India’s most significant corporate travel market and aims to leverage the company’s robust distribution and sales network to drive higher occupancy and revenue performance.
With FLXHO Cyber One joining the portfolio, ALIVAA adds a 68-room inventory at DLF Phase 3, one of Gurugram’s most sought-after commercial zones.

Located on MG Road, the property enhances ALIVAA’s reach across high-demand corporate travel corridors, offering seamless access to major business districts and office hubs.
FLXHO Cyber One now operates under The Hoften brand, which has been specifically developed for corporate travellers seeking efficiency, convenience, and strategic urban connectivity. The brand focuses on a high-utility stay format, aligning closely with the requirements of large corporate accounts, including functional design, easy accessibility, and value-driven services.
