Agami Realty Unveils 600 Cr Bandra Luxury Project

Mumbai-based Agami Realty has unveiled a new luxury residential development in Kalanagar, Bandra East, marking a significant addition to the city’s premium housing market. The project, named Agami Legends, is located near the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) and has an estimated revenue potential exceeding ₹600 crore. Former Indian cricket captain and legend Sunil Gavaskar has been appointed as the project’s brand ambassador, reflecting the development’s cricket-inspired positioning. 

The developer aims to achieve an average realization of around ₹60,000 per square foot through the project. The development is being financed through a structured funding arrangement, underscoring the company’s confidence in the sustained demand for premium housing in Mumbai’s high-value micro-markets.

One of the key highlights of the project is its close association with Mumbai’s cricketing ecosystem. Select residences will feature expansive private decks overlooking the MIG Cricket Club grounds and offering views of Mahim Bay. Commenting on the association, Gavaskar noted that the project’s emphasis on legacy, discipline, and excellence resonated with values that have long defined the sport of cricket. Agami Realty believes the collaboration will strengthen the project’s identity while highlighting its connection to one of Mumbai’s most celebrated sporting communities.
