The menu reflects Chef Sibal’s culinary journey, which began with a simple plate of Morning Glory in Bangkok, and has since evolved into Street Storyss’ distinct philosophy of inventive, globally inspired vegetarian street food. Staying true to this ethos, the Lohri menu balances nostalgia with innovation, offering dishes that feel familiar yet refreshingly unexpected.

Highlights from the festive menu include playful small plates, such as Avocado Dahi Poori with pomelo and raspberry powder, and the Makki Roti Bun with saag butter—a nod to classic winter staples.
