Windows and doors rarely draw attention, yet they influence how homes feel every day. Temperature, noise, and increased population in the growing urban areas have forced to seek more than a simple construction requirement. uPVC and aluminum fenestration systems, once seen as optional upgrades, are now valued for insulation, durability, and ease of upkeep.
This silent revolution is an indication of a more profound adjustment in the way residential and commercial spaces are tailored — less about structure and more about comfort and performance over time.
In order to fulfill this evolving requirement, Window Magic was launched in 2002. When the company came into existence, windows and doors were not given due consideration and were usually last minute decisions during the construction with minimal knowledge of their effects.
Since its inception, the company was aimed at transforming that thinking, considering fenestration as an element of the quality of life each day. The initial years were characterized by gradual progression driven by customer education, steady delivery, and reliability. This strategy assisted it to grow its footprint over time and establish enduring relationships with homeowners, architects, developers, and institutions.

Guiding Vision and Practical Solutions
Manish Bansal, Director and CEO, concentrates on enhancing quality mechanisms, diversifying the product range, and instilling discipline in execution in a sector that was previously unorganized. His leadership has transformed the company beyond uPVC into aluminum and façade solutions.
The vision is further supported by Aanchal Bansal, who is the Executive Director of the company. She has influenced the brand visibility, customer engagement, and internal culture. She entered the organization through sales, and later strengthened marketing, people processes, and post-sales systems, aligning growth with service consistency.
Today Window Magic’s portfolio includes uPVC and aluminum windows and doors in a sliding, casement, tilt-and-turn, and customized designs.
They are solutions aimed to answer real architectural requirements rather than pre-set templates, which offer flexibility in residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
This approach continues to focus on performance with customers frequently feeling a noticeable difference of reduced noise, increased thermal comfort, and reduced maintenance requirements post-installation.
Quality control spans across material selection, manufacturing accuracy, and on-site installation practices; this reduces inconsistencies that commonly affect long-term result.
Balancing Expansion with Environmental Responsibility
The process of growth has followed a structured path. The company operates in over 70 cities and employees over 400 professionals serving an extensive range of clients including individual homeowners to large institutions.
A strategic emphasis on government infrastructure projects since 2019 marked a significant step, which demanded increased compliance, closer coordination, and enhanced working systems.
Since then, installations have covered millions of square feet across India, including projects for public sector and government bodies such as NBCC, CPWD, DDA, DRDO, and others, along with institutions like the Reserve Bank of India and Punjab National Bank.
Our solutions aim to answer real architectural requirements rather than pre-set templates, which offer flexibility in residential, commercial, and institutional projects
Service continuity has also gained prominence. Consultation, design support, manufacturing, installation, and after sales care are viewed as interrelated functions and not separate functions. This model of integration assists in maintaining consistency in projects of different sizes and complexities.
Manish notes that, “With the growth of the business, sustainability has also been integrated into the operational planning. The shift of manufacturing plants to solar energy and collaboration with waste management agencies are some of the indicators of the increased awareness of environmental responsibility, which is especially important when it comes to building materials where the lifecycle impact is the key factor.”

A Thoughtful Approach to the Future
The concept of growing with care influences the forward vision of the company. Its emphasis has been on enhancing its presence in its strategic markets, while increasing its manufacturing depth and service offering in its uPVC and aluminum portfolio.
With the changing building standards, the close cooperation with the architects and developers is likely to take a bigger part, as it would aid in getting the design intent and long-term performance aligned.
International expansion is also being handled with the same caution. A new project in the Maldives is one of the first milestones outside India and gives an indication of how the company can provide fenestration solutions where design accuracy and longevity are highly considered. Future international opportunities will be selectively pursued with focus on relevancy, rather than scale.
In both domestic and international strategies, the focus remains the same, not on growth, but on the need to remain flexible, reliable, and dedicated to quality as the demands keep on increasing.
“At Window Magic, our journey has always been about creating meaningful improvements in how people experience their spaces. We believe that good design, strong engineering, and genuine customer care go hand in hand.
As Indian homes and cities continue to evolve, we remain committed to delivering solutions that are dependable, thoughtful, and built to last,” shares Manish and Aanchal.
