Their offerings include solid wood doors, veneer doors, laminated doors, molded panel doors, and CNC-designed custom doors, each tailored to specific needs. Solid wood doors, made from premium, IS-standard seasoned timber, boast a lifespan of up to 100 years. Veneer doors, with rich finishes, last 25–30 years, while laminated doors are cost-effective options ideal for bulk residential use. CNC-designed doors cater to homeowners and designers seeking unique aesthetics. Molded panel doors, though less popular in India, remain favored in export markets for their lightweight and economical appeal.
North Avenue also specializes in wooden flooring, outdoor decking, wooden pergolas, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and termite-treated, seasoned wood supplies for third-party manufacturers. Manufacturing & Export Strength
Operations begin in Gandhidham, Gujarat, where imported logs are sawn, seasoned, and crafted into high-precision components. Using vacuum chamber termite treatment and advanced automated profiling systems, the company adheres to Indian and international standards for quality and durability. Products are shipped pan-India including to Delhi, Punjab, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and Telangana and exported to the Middle East, Singapore, and South Korea.

A Vision Born from Necessity
North Avenue was established to solve a fundamental problem, which is the absence of standardized, high-quality timber products in India. While timber remains a preferred material in developed markets due to its environmental advantages, India’s market had been swamped by inferior wood products driven by price wars and lacking quality control.
Founded in 2020 during the uncertainties of the COVID-19 pandemic, North Avenue quickly distinguished itself by introducing seasoned, termiteproof, IS-compliant wood products. Founder Anubhav Jindal emphasized the need to educate the market and rebuild trust in solid wood through technical rigor, awareness campaigns, and compliance with national standards.

Milestones and the Road Ahead
North Avenue is the first Indian company to receive a BIS license for IS-4021 and among the earliest to acquire certifications under IS-42202, IS-2202, IS3614, and IS-2191 in the same year. These certifications marked a turning point in an industry long devoid of regulatory enforcement, and helped establish its credibility nationwide.
The company has grown its turnover fivefold in the past 15 months, driven by strong domestic demand and growing international orders. With a proven product-market fit, the firm is now pursuing nationwide expansion, with plans to establish operations in all Tier-I cities within the next year and at least 15 Tier-II cities within two years.
By demonstrating that quality timber products can be both eco-friendly and affordable, North Avenue is working to inspire the broader industry to reject cost-cutting shortcuts and instead adopt sustainable practices.
