The growth of the company has been fuelled by the acquisition of Design Cafe by HomeLane last year. The move has not only helped the company to sharpen its micro-market strategy but also to improve its supply chain capabilities, especially in the west of India.

The company is betting on the acceleration of demand in real estate markets where home possession cycles are at their peak. At present, nearly 70% of the company's deliveries come from the top seven cities of India.
