Chef Thierry is celebrated for his meticulous attention to detail, creative flair, and the harmonious balance of flavors in his dishes, all of which he will be presenting in an exquisite five-course dinner, showcasing the finest European cuisine & exquisite wines from Wine Park.
Begin your meal with a delightful appetizer, the Seared pepper and herbs crusted tuna or the Cucumber like Mexican nopal & mushroom ketchup for vegetarians.
The second course spells is Gnocchi and green peas risotto, spherification with Paloise sauce
The third course, an intermediate delight, features Aranchini of pumpkin, homemade tomato basil sauce or Rouget with crunchy potato scales, orange and lemongrass sauce, which is then followed by a refreshing palette cleanser.
For the main course, guests will indulge in the Polenta or chicken sumpreme in green coat, carrot and honey tartelette, stuffed mushroom with boletus & potato fondante.
The dinner concludes on a sweet note with a decadent dessert, Vanilla, chocolate cheesecake, Tahiti vanilla ice cream, followed by Muscadin and Truffe au Chocolat blanc et pistache (White chocolate and pistachio truffle).
