Shree Cement has successfully commissioned RAS Unit-11 at its integrated manufacturing facility in Jaitaran, Rajasthan, marking a significant expansion of its production capabilities.

The newly commissioned unit adds 3.65 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) of clinker capacity and 3.0 MTPA of cement capacity, further strengthening the company’s operational scale.

With the addition of RAS Unit-11, the Jaitaran plant has emerged as one of Asia’s largest and most technologically advanced single-location cement manufacturing facilities. Furthermore, this unity been designed as a fully integrated production line.

The expansion reflects the company’s strategic focus on capacity growth, operational efficiency, and sustainability.

RAS Unit-11 incorporates advanced automation systems, modern infrastructure, and energy-efficient technologies. Key sustainability features include a 22 MW waste heat recovery system and the use of alternative fuels, aligning with Shree Cement’s commitment to reducing its environmental footprint while maintaining cost efficiency.
