GLADA Issues LOI for Ludhiana's Largest Commercial Project

Vardhman Amrante, the flagship real estate arm of the Oswal Group based in South City, Ludhiana, has received approvals from the competent authorities, including CLU (Change of Land Use), layout approval, and the LOI (Letter of Intent).

This milestone underscores the Punjab Government’s commitment to boosting infrastructure development and sets the stage for a landmark urban lifestyle destination.
