Arkade Developers Bags Rs 350 Cr Mumbai Redevelopment Project

Arkade Developers Limited has announced the signing of a Development Agreement (DA) for its new residential development project Jal Ratan Deep at Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West, which signifies the company’s continued expansion into the western suburbs of Mumbai.

This redevelopment project has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 350 Crores and is to be constructed on a 4,640.60 sq. metre site. The project will provide well-designed 2 BHK and 3 BHK residential units together with commercial units.

“This project supports our goal of designing sustainable, future-ready urban environments and consolidates our presence in the high-growth areas of the western suburbs. Currently we have four completed projects and three under-development in the Goregaon-Malad micro-market,” said Amit Jain, CMD, Arkade Developers Ltd.

In addition, Jain indicated that another adjacent development project with a GDV of Rs 230 Crores is scheduled to launch this month, which will increase the combined projected GDV of Jal Ratan Deep and this adjacent development project to Rs 580 crores.

Focusing on the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Arkade Developers will launch five new development projects across Goregaon, Thane, Borivali, Malad and Santacruz in 2026. Collectively, these new development projects will have an estimated GDV of over Rs 3,700 Crores, with an investment plan of approximately Rs 2,500 Crores to continue to expand greatly throughout the MMR.
