 At the same time, she has also managed personal wellbeing, mastering work-life balance by setting clear boundaries, prioritizing tasks, and fostering a supportive team. Having learned to let go and delegate responsibilities, staying organized and leveraging advanced technologies to simplify tasks and enhance productivity, she has overshadowed barriers and become an inspiring leader.

But, in pouring her heart and soul to the company, she has not compromised on self-care, rather, prioritized personal wellbeing and quality time with loved ones, which have provided her with the strength to face each new challenge with equal zeal and perseverance. 

As she sets sights on the future of her company, she aims to continue working on herself, finding joy in both work and personal life, which fuels her resolve to grow. For her studio, Ekta has plans to pursue global expansion, taking ESI Design Studios global. The recent launch of Dubuilds Global Consultancy in Dubai has marked a milestone in the firm’s international growth initiatives.

Apart from geographical expansion, the studio is set to expand its portfolio, focusing on luxury villas and high end projects which will help it make a mark in international markets. The firm also aims to ensure that its design solutions continually refine and serve large scale developments and new sectors aptly. Through this holistic approach, ESI Design Studio not only aims to reinforce its leadership in the architecture and design industry, but also continue to grow and innovate.
