Milo X Robotics Targets Hotels with Automation Tech

Hotel Management reported that Milo X Robotics is expanding into the hospitality industry with automation solutions designed to improve hotel operations and reduce labor pressure. The Michigan-based company is introducing autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and automated guided vehicles (AGVs) to handle repetitive back-of-house tasks while allowing hotel staff to focus more on guest experiences.

The robots are built to perform various hotel tasks which include delivering room service and transporting linen and restocking housekeeping supplies and moving laundry and providing concierge assistance and disposing of waste.

Milo X Robotics declared that its systems can connect with current hotel operations because their installation process requires no substantial changes to existing hotel workflows which makes them appropriate for full-service hotels and resorts and select-service hotels.
