Indian consumer electronics company Lumio has made its entry into the home projectors segment with two mid-range offerings, the Arc 5 and Arc 7, offering Full HD 1080p display with HDR10. The news was shared on Monday, July 7, through a company press release.
At Rs 19,999, the Arc 5 comes with 200 ANSI lumens brightness, 100-inch projection, and 5W Dolby Audio speakers and can be used in bedrooms, hostels, or while traveling. The Arc 7, priced at Rs 34,999, provides 400 ANSI lumens, 100-inch projection, and two 8W stereo speakers with Dolby Audio and is more suitable for use in living rooms and bigger rooms.

Lumio also launched a special Amazon Prime Day deal for the Arc 7 at Rs 29,999 from July 12 to July 14. Both projectors run on the company's proprietary Arclight Engine for rich colors and crisp details and are driven by the MTK 9630 processor paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage. They also come with the Under-Stand system to lift the projectors for enhanced viewing angles in home settings.

Raghu Reddy, Co-founder of Lumio Circuit House Technologies said, “Although India's projector market is limited in size, its size is enormous. The Lumio Arc 5 and Arc 7 put the sophistication of our TVs into a transportable, plug-and-play package.”
Arc 5 and Arc 7 operate Google TV OS, with over 10,000 OTT apps such as Netflix, and come with premium features like Smooth Trapezoidal Recalibration (STR8), auto-keystone correction, obstacle avoidance, and instantaneous autofocus via a Time-of-Flight sensor. Both are HDMI ARC, USB, 3.5mm audio, and Bluetooth 5.1 compatible, with remotes having Google Assistant and streaming shortcut buttons.
