THE Park Launches Tyde Dining Space in Connaught Place

Synopsis:  THE Park New Delhi launches Tyde in Connaught Place, introducing an immersive all-day dining destination that combines global cuisine, contemporary design, art installations, and experiential hospitality experiences.

THE Park New Delhi has expanded its culinary and hospitality portfolio with the launch of Tyde, a new all-day dining destination located in Connaught Place, New Delhi. The restaurant has been designed as an immersive lifestyle-driven venue that combines gastronomy, art, architecture, and contemporary hospitality experiences. Positioned within THE Park New Delhi, Tyde reflects the growing demand for experiential dining concepts that cater to both business and leisure audiences in India’s urban hospitality market.

Tyde has been conceptualised as a dynamic dining space that transitions seamlessly throughout the day, accommodating a wide range of social and professional interactions. The venue is designed to host breakfast meetings, business lunches, afternoon gatherings, cocktail evenings, intimate dinners, and late-night social experiences. Its versatile approach aligns with evolving consumer preferences in metropolitan cities, where restaurants increasingly function as multi-purpose lifestyle destinations rather than traditional dining spaces alone.

The restaurant’s culinary programme features an extensive menu curated around global flavours and modern interpretations. Guests can enjoy artisanal coffee, wood-fired pizzas, Asian-inspired dishes, small plates, and a diverse à la carte selection suited for both casual and premium dining occasions. The concept focuses on creating a refined yet approachable atmosphere that appeals to urban professionals, travellers, and contemporary diners seeking immersive hospitality experiences.

A major highlight of Tyde is its design philosophy, which draws inspiration from the architectural geometry of Jantar Mantar and the symbolic relationship between Indian culture and water. The interiors feature sculptural elements, layered textures, deep indigo tones, and brass detailing that together creates a visually immersive environment. The design aims to evoke fluidity, reflection, and transformation while balancing artistic expression with modern luxury hospitality.

The restaurant also incorporates large-scale art installations that enhance its experiential identity. A sculptural brass installation titled “Dar Badar,” created by artist Mohd. Intiyaz serves as a centerpiece reflecting movement and fluid visual patterns. Complementing this are textile-based artworks by Hansika Sharma, inspired by marine textures and oceanic landscapes through embroidery, mirrors, metallic accents, and layered compositions.

According to Priya Paul, the launch reinforces THE Park’s philosophy of integrating art, music, culture, and cuisine into hospitality experiences. Parag Sahwney stated that Tyde is intended to serve as a sophisticated gathering space for discerning diners and international travellers seeking contemporary culinary experiences in the heart of the capital.
