In the fast-paced urban landscape of Gurgaon, tucked within the coveted Suncity Platinum Towers, sitsTerra Platinum—a home that is at once a work of art, a stage for family life, and an embodiment of a design philosophy that refuses to compromise on detail.

Conceived and executed in its entirety by Oolenna Studio, this 3,150 sq. ft. residence was delivered to its owners, a young family of four with two energetic children under the age of seven—not just furnished, but fully realised. From the spatial planning to the final layer of styling, every choice was deliberate, every surface considered, every corner imbued with purpose. 

The brief was ambitious:

A classical home that honours timeless design principles but breathes with the freshness of modern living. The result? A seamless fusion of past and present, where heritage-inspired motifs meet sleek modular solutions, and bespoke craftsmanship is balanced with everyday functionality.

A Grand Welcome

Entering Terra Platinum feels like stepping into a narrative. Arched passageways introduce a rhythm to the layout, their curves recalling European heritage architecture, while lantern-style lighting sets an intimate, inviting glow. This architectural language is then subtly layered with Sabyasachi wallpapers, their intricate patterns whispering stories of culture and craft without overwhelming the senses.

The palette is luxurious yet liveable, warm neutrals punctuated by deep jewel tones, marbles with soft veining, brass accents that gleam without shouting. Each texture, from the silky finish of the panelling to the tactile richness of upholstery, has been hand-selected for both visual and emotional resonance.

Material as Narrative

One of the home’s most defining elements is its extensive use of marble, not only underfoot but flowing into the very fabric of the furniture, wrapping around the bar area, and forming statement walls. This creates a sculptural continuity that anchors the home’s grandeur.

Equally compelling is the wallpaper story: every single space carries an exclusively customized design, no two walls are alike, yet all feel part of the same visual family. The guest room, for instance, is dressed in classical frames and adorned with paintings that have been specially commissioned and handpicked to evoke a sense of quiet luxury.
