Window Magic, one of India’s leading fenestration brands, has been awarded a significant role in the Sarojini Nagar Redevelopment Project, a flagship urban initiative led by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and executed by NBCC (India).
The project will deliver 86 General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) towers, creating over 4,000 modern homes for central government employees in Delhi. As the chosen fenestration partner, Window Magic will collaborate with Varindera Construction and Girdhari Lal Construction to provide engineered uPVC and aluminium window and door systems designed for energy efficiency, durability, and sleek architectural aesthetics.
Key Highlights
Spread across 107 acres, the redevelopment is transforming Sarojini Nagar into a self-sustained urban ecosystem, complete with schools, libraries, civic infrastructure, and community spaces. The larger initiative also covers Naoroji Nagar and Netaji Nagar, replacing aging housing with high-rise smart buildings that reflect modern planning and sustainability goals.
Window Magic’s advanced fenestration solutions are tailored to meet both the architectural vision and environmental objectives of the redevelopment. By delivering systems that reduce energy intensity while enhancing design, the company reinforces its position as a pioneer in innovative fenestration for India’s urban transformation.
