On the day it was launched, all of the Trump Residences in Gurugram, made by Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers, were completely sold, with sales of Rs. 3,250 crore.
The four most luxurious penthouses, collectively valued at Rs. 125 crore, were all allocated, according to Smartworld Developers in an announcement on May 13, the firm said. The two 51-storey towers at Sector 69 will have only 298 luxurious homes, covering 12 lakh square feet of saleable area.
“Trump Residences Gurugram is not just a real estate project - it’s a landmark moment for India’s luxury market. Selling Rs. 3,250 crore on Day 1 places this among the biggest luxury deals the country has ever seen. This launch proves the unmatched magnetic pull of the Trump brand and how deeply it resonates with India’s most discerning buyers. We are proud to have raised the bar once again, delivering iconic, globally benchmarked luxury alongside Smartworld and The Trump Organization,” said Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers.
“The phenomenal response to Trump Residences is a testament to the aspiration for world-class living in India. Smartworld is proud to lead the delivery of this landmark project, and we thank our buyers for their trust in our vision,” said Pankaj Bansal, founder of Smartworld Developers.
Tribeca created the world’s largest rooftop terrace, which is close to 3 acres, and is also India’s biggest developer of branded residences. It is also the most active developer of Trump-branded real estate in the world, after the Trump Organization.
