Stonecraft Group has unveiled plans for Temple Town, an expansive 110-acre integrated township at Yadagirigutta, Telangana, carrying an estimated revenue potential of Rs. 1,100 crore.
Positioned near the revered Lakshmi Narasimha Temple, the project blends spiritual heritage with contemporary township planning, reflecting the cultural identity of this fast-growing pilgrimage and residential hub.
The township will comprise 90 acres of premium residential plots expected to generate Rs. 500 crore, alongside a 20-acre senior living enclave housing 333 independent villas designed for wellness-led, community-based living, projected to contribute Rs. 600 crore.
Key Highlights
Leveraging the rapidly rising significance of Yadagirigutta—boosted by the state’s large-scale redevelopment of the temple and infrastructure—the project aims to attract both homebuyers and spiritual tourists seeking modern, sustainable living options.
Designed as a self-sufficient, green gated township, Temple Town will include wide cement-concrete roads, terracotta footpaths, underground utilities, dedicated landscaped zones, a clubhouse focused on wellness, and purpose-built temples within the premises. The upcoming Hyderabad MMTS rail extension is set to further strengthen regional connectivity, enhancing its appeal as a key residential destination.
Kirthi Chilukuri, founder and MD, Stonecraft Group, shared, “The 110-acre integrated development, Temple Town, reflects our commitment to creating spaces that honour India’s spiritual roots while meeting the aspirations of today’s homebuyers. We are witnessing a growing interest in owning homes near religious destinations that offer peace, purpose, and a deeper sense of belonging. For Telangana and Hyderabad, this will be one of the first large-scale townships to combine modern infrastructure with a strong spiritual and cultural connection, setting a new benchmark for integrated and meaningful living.”
