Bengaluru is set to witness a new wave of thoughtfully designed residential living as SPA Group announced a refreshed directional strategy for 2026–2027, alongside plans to unveil four major residential and lifestyle developments across the city.

The upcoming projects will be located on Sarjapur Road, off the Bengaluru–Chennai Highway near Hoskote, New Whitefield Road, and North Bengaluru, reinforcing the Group’s long-term commitment to shaping future-ready communities in high-growth corridors. Known for landmark developments such as Frangipani Estates and Ecocity, SPA Group has steadily built a reputation for community-centric planning rooted in nature, openness, and human connection.
