Shriram Properties has entered a joint development agreement (JDA) for around 7 acres of land in North Bengaluru, marking a major step in its expansion strategy.
This forms part of a larger 15-acre land parcel where SPL plans to develop a premium row houses project with a gross development value (GDV) of Rs. 600 crore.
Strategically located in Yelahanka, the project sits beside the upcoming Madappanahalli Biodiversity Park, also known as ‘Mini Lalbagh’, a sprawling 154-acre green hub being transformed from eucalyptus plantations into a rich ecological destination.
Key Highlights
The park will feature themed gardens, a nature trail, an aviary, and a medicinal plant zone, offering residents a unique blend of luxury living and natural serenity.
The project is expected to launch in the next fiscal year, adding another landmark to Bengaluru’s fast-evolving residential landscape. It reinforces Shriram Properties’ asset-light growth model, emphasizing strategic partnerships, efficient capital deployment, and a focus on high-potential urban locations.
Akshay Murali, VP, business development at Shriram Properties, said, “Yelahanka’s strong infrastructure growth and proximity to the upcoming biodiversity park make it an exceptional location for premium row houses. We are confident this development will redefine the residential landscape in North Bengaluru.”
