Former India opener Shikhar Dhawan reports Rs. 69 million his interest in DLF’s real estate project called The Dahlias in Gurugram, as documents from CRE Matrix reveal.
The papers state that the total cost of the apartment is estimated at Rs. 65.61 crore and including stamp duty comes to Rs. 68.89 crore. The purchase of the apartment in DLF’s The Dahlias at Sector 54 Golf Course Road Gurgaon was sealed with former cricketer paying Rs. 3.24 crore in stamp duty.
Cricketer Shikhar Dhawan, who goes by the nickname Gabbar, has purchased an apartment in Mumbai that has five car parking spots as part of it. According to official documents, the price is Rs. 1.08 lakh per sq ft. Dhawan had decided to retire from all forms of cricket in August 2024.
Packed into the 7.5-million-square-foot site will be 420 residences over 29 floors and 8 towers, featuring 15 special duplex penthouses of great size. The project is joining the DLF5 Golf Links community and will look out over a future Lake Park.

“The residences will feature generous 4-meter floor-to-ceiling heights, expansive outdoor decks that span the width of each residence, and a seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces,” DLF’s Home Developers Joint managing director Aakash Ohri stated.
Media sources say that Shikhar Dhawan purchased a house in Australia in 2015 for about $730,000. In Delhi, he has a luxury home that costs over Rs. 5 crore.
