Satya Group and Maple Group have jointly launched Levante Residences, a premium residential project in Sector 104, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.

The development marks a single-phase launch with an estimated investment of around Rs. 1,600 crore towards land acquisition and construction, while projected sales realisation is expected to reach approximately Rs. 2,000 crore.
