Rs. 10 lakh Rent/Month! Huma Qureshi & Saqib Qureshi secures 3,370 sq ft Villa in Mumbai

According to the property registration records from IndexTap.com, Huma Qureshi and her brother Saqib Qureshi have rented a 3,370 square foot home in Juhu, Mumbai, for Rs. 10 lakh per month.

The paperwork state that the home is situated in the housing organization Equest Condominium on Juhu Tara Road. The Qureshis have rented the villa from Impact Films Pvt Ltd, the property's owner. As per the documents, the home features four parking spaces and an extra 2,654 square feet of basement space.

The documents state that the opulent villa contains a lawn and a swimming pool. The first floor is 1,011 square feet, the terrace is 1,112 square feet, and the ground level is 1,245 square feet.

The date of the transaction's registration was February 25, 2025. A Rs. 1,000 registration charge and Rs. 1.60 lakh in stamp duty were paid.

The property will be rented for 60 months (5 years) beginning on March 20, 2025, with a Rs. 30 lakh security deposit. There is a 48-month lock-in period in the deal, and after the first 36 months, there will be a 10% rent increase provision.
